This charming recently refurbished three bedroom end terrace house is situated in the quiet street next to the forest in the heart of lochgoilhead village. It sleeps 6/8. It is named after Ben Donich, one of the three impressive peaks visible from the house.
Gas central heating has recently been installed to ensure the instant comfort for our guests.
No WiFi/Internet access in the house itself but available at the Shore House (free and you can have a refreshment) and over at the Drimsynie Estate(payable).
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM
A 42" flat screen wall mounted T.V. with Free Sat is a welcome entertainment facility. There is also a CD player and radio for the music buffs.
The lounge has a coal effect gas fire which is very welcoming in summer or winter.
One of the sofas converts to a double bed to accommodate another two guests (bedding provided)
The dining room seats six and has patio doors leading to the decked area where you can relax in the garden furniture and enjoy a barbecue.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has a very modern twist with high gloss black and lime units with glass splash backs. Equipment includes gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Also included is a George Foreman grill, microwave and sandwich maker. All crockery and cutlery is provided aswell as an iron and ironing board. Everything you need for a self catering holiday.
BATHROOM - downstairs
The white three piece bathroom also has a Mira shower(over bath) with black glass splash back. Instant hot water.
SHOWER ROOM - upstairs
We have a newly appointed (May11) shower room with toilet and wash hand basin upstairs serving the 2 large bedrooms.
BEDROOM ONE
The bedroom is spacious and has a double bed with wardrobe. There is a wall mounted flat screen T.V. with DVD and Free Sat linked.
BEDROOM TWO
This bedroom is also spacious and has a double bed with built in wardrobe area.

BEDROOM THREE
This has a single bed with pull out divan from underneath to facilitate two individuals. Still classed as a double room but smaller than the other two. There is a wall mounted flat screen T.V. with DVD and Free Sat linked.
All bedding (made up for your arrival) and towels are provided
PETS
Well behaved dogs/pets are allowed but must not be left unattended in the house.Please inform when booking if bringing any pets.
High chair and travel cot is available if requested.
Front garden - grass, hedged and mono bloc. Please note we are awaiting the council lowering the pavement and therefore the car cannot be driven onto the drive until this happens will keep you informed.
Back garden - safely contained with hedge, fencing and gate.
